"Keep your hood up and follow me." Kirja said quietly to the elf. They would have to skirt around the town to avoid people, but hopefully they could shake off anyone who was following them or listening in.
Kirja darted through trees, occasionally coming out of the tree line to dart through an alley in town until they came to rest behind a small hut of sorts. Inside they could hear quiet moaning. Kirja couldn't quite recognize the language being spoken, but Kai appeared to be focusing, listening.
Without a word Kai's eyes widened and she ducked quickly inside the small building. Kirja cursed and followed her. What had gotten into this elf?
In the building they found it empty other than a man resting (if you could call it that) on a cot.
"I know this man!" I said recognizing the figure on the cot as a local weaponsmith.
"I know what he's saying," Kai replied astounded, "and I think I know what's wrong with him."
Kai followed the woman as she lead the way. As they appoarched a line of huts in town, a string of words caught Kai's ear. It was faint, so she stopped to listen."危ない!無秩序が来たよ!"
Danger, Chaos comes?
It was in a familar tongue. She could understand whoever that was in the hut. He moaned again:"それはここにあります!私はそれを感じることができます!"
Whatever was here, she had to find out. Kai, without saying a word to Kirja, ducked into the hut. Inide was a man. He was wearing clothing Kai had not seen in years. Black hakama and a green yukata. He lay on the coat. The strange man was tossing and turning. The sheets under him were soaked in sweat.
"私を1人だけで置き残してください!アウト悪魔!私にそうであるようにしてください!"He yelled as Kai approached the cot.
"I know this man."Kirja said as she came into the hut, almost making Kai jump.
"I know what he's saying!" the elf said in surprise."Who is this?" she turned and demanded of Kirja.
"Umm.." the other woman seemed a little taken aback by the harsh tone."It's a local weaponsmith. I think he is from the East....Sandjurio is his name?"she seemed to question the sound of the name.
"Is there anyone else here?" Kai asked as she looked around the hut. She noticed bottles and jars of various liquids and herbs. Books and instruments lay about on tables along with bandages."Maybe a healer of some sort?" she picked up a book to examine.
Kirja glanced about."In the other room?"she walked to find another person. Kai waited until she had exited before pulling her hood off.
Kamui spilled out and nearly hit the ground before catching himself."You could have warned me before you did that!" he yelled as he fly up to Kai's shoudler.
"I can understand him, I haven't heard this language in years." the elf walked a few steps towards the cot.
"すんでの!の乱雑 今去りなさい!"He yelled, causing Kai to stop.
"
"Did I cause this?" she asked the faerie sitting on her shoulder.
"No." he said shaking his head. "You haven't touched him....yet." he took to flight and hovered above the tossing man."It's whatever is about this place and something in him."
"悪魔!去りなさい!女性司祭!助けなさい!"
"That was uncalled for..."Kamui muttered."...I'm not evil."
"I should heal him."Kai kneeled next to the cot and reached out to lay her hand on him.
The man sat up, foam coming from the mouth, his eyes' wide. Kai's hand shot back as the man turned and locked eyes with her.
"武器を作ってください。..存在している乱雑。.."
Kai shook her head."いいえ。あなたは休養を必要とします。あなたはどうかしたのですか?"
The man tilted his head slighty."あなたは話をするか?.."
"はい"Kai nodded.
He grabbed Kai's arm and spit flew from his mouth as he yelled "存在している乱雑がある!私は母親国からの手助けを必要とする!"His eyes' rolled back into his head and he fainted back onto the cot.
"He needs help."the elf looked up to the faerie. "I should do something."
"No!" he darted in front of Kai's face."He has reacted with something. Maybe whatever that was earlier...there is something about. You healing him will not help him."
"He's reacting to whatever is a round like I reacted to the faerie majick? He's just not going around killing people yet?" Kai glanced back out the door."Maybe I should find whatever is causing this?"
"I guess."the faerie shrugged."If you use YOUR majick on him, it may push him over the edge. Besides, he keeps saying something about a priestess. Plus, you should leave before this feeling of chaos gets to you too."
"You think it's HIM causing this?" she whispered.Kamui shook his head. "I should go find someone to help him that doesn't have wield chaos majick?"
A scream interrupted Kamui before he could speak. Kai stood and whirled around to find

OOC: oh my god! I'm a total chode. I didn't know the post cut off there. I just saw that. I spent the past month or whatever trying to figure what Kirja and Sanjuro were saying and getting it wrong. I give people permission to hit me in the head...only once!

A scream interrupted Kamui before he could speak. Kai stood and whirled around to find
Kirja standing there with another woman; who was in the process of screaming.
"Crap..." Kamui yelled as he flitted back under the folds of Kai's cloak. It was too late. The screaming woman pointed and made a cross sign with her fingers at Kai.
"It's okay." Kai put her hand out to try to stop the screaming. "I'm here to help." The woman darted out of the door and into the streets before Kai could take any steps forward. Kai sighed and hung her head.
Kirja stood there with a shocked look on her face.
"You can come out Kamui. It's too late now..."
"Is that what I think it is?" Kirja raised an eyebrow as Kamui came out from the cloak to rest on Kai's shoulder. She seemed more interested than frightened of the small being.
"Yes! I'm a faerie!" Kamui yelled causing Kirja to jump a little.
"Oh...be nice." Kai warned.
"Is it...evil?" Kirja leaned forward hesitantly to look closer.
"I'm not evil! I only look this way because SHE..." he jabbed a finger at Kai "...decided to help me! Now everyone thinks I'm evil because of it!" he stamped his foot.
"Aren't all faeries evil to some degree?"
Kamui straightened up in anger. His eyes' flashed. "We are not all..." his voice was drowned out as Kai quickly a jar and shoved him in it. The faerie started to pound on the glass.
"I'll let you out when you behave. She didn't mean anything... it's an honest question." Kamui just pounded harder on the glass. "He's just touchy about his appearance...."
"それは戻って来ました!" the man, Sanjuro, yelled.
"Do you know what he is talking about? Do you know what has 'come back'?"
"I can't even understand him, much less know what the Hel he is talking about." Kirja rolled her eyes' at the elf. "You know what's wrong with him? Maybe get him to stop yelling in that other language?"
"女性司祭!"
"静かに " Kai yelled at him. "I can't help him. If I do, it might make it worse."
"How?"
"Leave it at that." The elf glowered.
"女性司祭!"
"You know where I can find a miko?" Kirja shrugged in reply. "Guess I'm on my own for this?"
"What's a me..ko?"
"A type of shrine priestess or maiden."
"女性司祭!"
"I heard you!" Kai yelled at Sanjuro.
"Umm...maybe you can find one from his homeland?" Kirja suggested.
"Which is...?" Kai rolled her fingers' in a 'go on' motion.
"East?"
"East?" Kai questioned. Kirja nodded. "Alrighty then....looks like I'm going on a little trip." she paused a moment. "Kirja, you said he owned a shop or something?"
"Yeah...why?"
"I'm going to need some supplies." Kai slid her blade partially out. "And a new sword...."
"We taking him with us?" the northern woman pointed.
"Yeah." Kai said after a moment of thinking. "People might think he is drunk and we are taking him home...that way the town guard won't be called when I break into his shop."
"Works for me." Kirja leaned down, picked up the man, and slung him over her shoulder.
"彼は戻って来ました!" he screamed into Kirja's ear.
"I'll drop you if you do that again..." she threatened. "...head first."
Kai picked up the jar with Kamui in it. The faerie sat cross legged and look pissed. "You calm now?" he raised his hand and flipped Kai a backwards peace sign. "You're staying in there..." she muttered as she put up the hood of her cloak.
"Follow me." Kirja started out the door.
Kai took a few steps forward and something caught her eye. A small bag lay on a table. She walked over, picked it up, and shook it. It jingle. "Sweet..." she shoved it in a belt pouch. "...got me some local coins." she said with a smirk before heading out the door.
(OOC: Alright sanjuro or kirja...get me to the shop's steps)

Kirja took an internal moment to deal with some things. She was with a very strange elf, some kind of fairy, and she was carrying a rabid foreign man from a healer's to go steal from his armory.
At least she was doing something interesting.
Kirja shifted the weight on her shoulder and headed in the direction of the armory. She got stopped on the road by someone (one of the armorer's customers, she found out) but simply explained that he was very ill and that she was taking him home. She also made up a quick lie that explained Kai to be a foreign healer, from Sanjuro's home.
The man shrugged, spit, and went back to whatever it was he was doing. This Sanjuro must have been quite the weaponsmith if one of his former patrons would actually go out of his way (albeit briefly) to check on the man's welfare. Not too many people bothered in these dangerous times.
Soon they were outside the hut that contained the armory. There was a room partially open to the outside with a forge and anvil and many other tools for making blades, maces, and so on. The other side of the hut was a living space, sparcely decorated and neat.
"Where are the weapons?" Kai said. I set Sanjuro down on the mat that made up his bed and flexed the soreness out of my shoulder.
"Hmm, there's a sort of shed out back, maybe in there?" I said and headed towards the shed. Really the shed was just another, slightly smaller hut. Certainly someone who wasn't too picky could live in it. As I entered I soon realized that wasn't so.
There was hardly room to walk in, the room was cluttered with weapons. Blades gleaming in every corner, there were more weapons than Kirja could count, and it seemed that a lot of them were newly made. Was this really the work of one man?
(OOC: Ok Kai, make with the looting. Sorry about the long pause. Also, the end there refers to when he went all kookoo making weapons for anyone who doesn't remember (it was in the earlier thread).)
